Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 2 to 3 hours after the order is placed, subject to product availability, preparation time, delivery location, order volume and traffic conditions.

Same-day delivery is available only in serviceable locations. During peak hours, weekends, special occasions or high order volume, delivery may take longer than the estimated time.

Custom & Celebration Orders

Custom cakes and celebration products may require advance ordering and additional preparation time. The delivery time for such orders will be confirmed separately.

Please provide a correct delivery address and reachable phone number. Delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information or customer unavailability may require a new delivery arrangement or additional delivery charge.
